WONDER LOOPER Super Looper French Terry Sweatpants Sumi Black

About this product

The Wonder Looper Super Looper French Terry is crafted in Wakayama, Japan on the legendary tsuriami knitting machines that have been operational for over a century. Unlike traditional French Terry – which boasts a uniform loop-backed interior – the Super Looper French Terry is extremely textured and full of random-sized loops, giving the fabric an incredible tactile look and feel.

Weighing in at a substantial 446 gsm (13.2oz per square yard), this fabric doesn't just look textured – it feels like being wrapped in a cozy, luxurious towel. And yet, despite the rich interior texture, the exterior remains impeccably smooth, with the look and feel of a classic sweatshirt.

Each garment is pre-washed to remove shrinkage and take the guesswork out of sizing, while also enhancing softness and delivering a broken-in feel from the very first wear.

These sweatpants feature a modern straight-leg fit, finished with a drawstring elastic waistband, front slash pockets, and a rear patch pocket. Ribbed side panels provide flexibility and comfort while adding a clean athletic appearance. An adjustable elastic drawstring at the hem allows the pants to be worn loose and open or cinched tight for a more tapered fit – a versatile detail that quietly extends the garment's range of styling.

Expertly made in Japan, ensuring exceptional quality throughout every step of production.

Fit Notes: These sweatpants fit true to size. Compared to most global American brands, we recommend taking your usual size for a comfortable straight-leg fit. As always, we strongly recommend checking our size chart and comparing it with your best-fitting sweatpants to ensure the right fit.
