Buy NowInspired by the stylized drawings of vintage comics, such as Robert Crumb's, graphic and product designer Matt Smith-Johnson created a series of fun, unique watch characters exclusively for Worn & Wound. Each character, jovial and full of personality, comes with a catchphrase embodying some aspect of being a watch enthusiast.
From celebrating our collective nerdiness to just the joy we find in timepieces, there is certainly a character or two that will resonate with you. The 'Good Times' character is a perfect embodiment of the carefree and cheerful act of watch collecting. It's hard not to crack a smile when you see this character, with its strap legs mid-stride, arms swaying, and a big smile on its face.
This T-shirt design is all about bringing joy and fun to your watch collecting. Sometimes, as a watch collector, you feel a bit fancy. Maybe you’re wearing your dressiest watch with jeans or throwing on some formal attire for no reason just to match your watch. Either way, you know the feeling.
‘Stay Golden’ is all about that, characterized by a golden pocket watch with a monocle, mustache hands, and a smiling moonphase mouth. ‘I’m Square Don’t Care’ is all about accepting and reveling in the relative nerdiness of being a watch collector. Look, not everyone gets us, and that’s ok.
Channeling this attitude is a square watch sporting shades, holding a peace sign, and lounging like they just don’t care. Because, hey, they don’t.
