The Wooden Pickling Bucket is traditionally used in Japan for making pickled vegetables. Crafted from Japanese cypress (Hinoki or Sawara), it naturally regulates moisture and supports natural fermentation, while keeping its contents fresh. It is also resistant to warping and comes with a matching lid.
