The Canoe Moc from Yuketen is based on a popular variation of the Mocassin, while the lacing technique is borrowed from the lacing method used by veteran river and stream guides for improved adjustability on 360 degree lace-through loafer shoes to provide a more secure fit in wet conditions.
This is one of the most eye-catching styles to come from the Yuketen collections, perfectly demonstrating Yuki Matsuda's expert eye for detail and passion for American heritage footwear. Each pair of genuine Mocassins from Yuketen are expertly crafted in their factory in Maine, USA, using genuine Mocassin construction with refined materials.
