Buy NowA familiar shape in an unforgettable cloth.
Flecked Donegal wool, woven in Japan, brings a welcome depth to our classic double-breasted blazer shape. This deep shade of brown is scattered with warm neps, creating a rich, irregular texture that gives the cloth its namesake character.
The fabric has the substantial hand and natural variation associated with a good tweed, while the fine Japanese weave keeps it refined. It’s an expressive cloth made into a straightforward piece of tailoring, letting the texture do the work.
The construction reflects our commitment to precision without excess. A 6-by-2 double-breasted front and patch pockets nod to traditional tailoring. The silhouette was shaped with intention, slightly tapered at the waist with a fuller chest for comfort and ease.
