First used by the US Marine Corps in 1953 for shelter tents, the pattern was later adopted for helmet covers and other equipment, becoming closely associated with the Vietnam War.
Buzz Rickson’s brings the distinctive pattern to this reversible civilian vest, made in Japan from 100% cotton sateen and featuring their own custom Mitchell camouflage. Fully reversible, it can be worn with either side showing and features two patch pockets and a vintage-inspired Clark zipper with herringbone tape.
