Buy NowThe Graph Zero Slim Straight Jeans are a true piece of Japanese craftsmanship, celebrating traditional techniques and artisanal quality. Made from 15oz denim, the fabric is dyed using the Kasezome (skein dyeing) process, a traditional technique where yarns are dyed to the core in loose, twisted bundles, allowing the dye to penetrate deeply and evenly, creating rich, vibrant colors., creating a rich, deep color that evolves uniquely over time, unlike conventional rope-dyed denim.
The fabric's ultra-slubby and textured character is achieved by weaving slub yarns vertically and horizontally on vintage power looms at ultra-low tension. The warp threads, dyed in indigo and indigo, contrast beautifully with the unbleached weft, resulting in a bold, raw aesthetic. Key details include the brown and indigo selvedge ID, selvedge coin pocket, red tab on the back pocket, custom Japanese pocket lining fabric, and a custom cowhide leather patch.
These jeans are a testament to Graph Zero’s commitment to preserving traditional methods, offering a rugged yet refined texture, a handwoven feel, and timeless design that ages gracefully with wear.
Fit Notes: Graph Zero Jeans fit true to size. We generally recommend selecting your usual size or sizing down one size. However, we always suggest checking the size chart first to ensure the perfect fit. It is unsanforized but has been one-washed, so there will be no further shrinkage. The waist will experience the typical stretching seen in Graph Zero denim due to the low-tension weave. Expect approximately 1 inch of stretching.
