Buy NowStevenson Carmel jeans remain true to the brand's form as there is no dearth for details: tucked and angled belt loops and decorative stitching on the signature curved back pockets at the top are just a few. They are made with a double-needle lap seam, and the seam allowance on the front placket is carefully flat fell stitched without using an over-lock seam.
A custom-produced 14oz. sanforized selvedge denim made with long staple U.S. cotton giving the fabric a dry texture. Woven on shuttle looms at the iconic Nihon Menpu Mills, it gives the fabric the distinctive character very similar to vintage denim.
These jeans feature a high rise with a comfortable top block with plenty of room around the hip and thighs, tapering gently from the knees down.
Stevenson Overall manufactures entirely in Japan on antique machinery. It produces incredibly durable and characterful garments featuring some unique construction details.
