Buy NowRepresenting the brand's dedication to achieving high-contrast fades and beautiful aging, this shirt is crafted from 14oz indigo selvedge denim, woven on vintage shuttle looms. It features a distinctive design with western front and back yokes, white pearl snap buttons, and a slim fit, paying homage to denim western shirts of the 1950s. The construction, as customary in Studio D'artisan, is top-notch, highlighting the chain stitching throughout the shirt. Moreover, the shirt undergoes one wash in Japan, ensuring it won't shrink in future washes.
Despite being a Japanese garment, we find the sizing of SDA shirts to be more Western than Japanese. If you usually wear a size M in American shirts, you'll find a suitable fit with this shirt in size M. However, as always, we recommend consulting our size chart for the perfect fit.
Under the slogan of 'Reconstruction of great old things', Studio D'Artisan is one of the iconic brands of Japanese denim. Founded by Shigeharu Tagaki and reproducing classics of French and American workwear since 1979, Studio D'Artisan takes pride in having been one of the Osaka 5.
